The Explorer returned to the FM band with its established receive paths and a fixed stopping rule. Five spectrum sweeps on each receiver produced 16 shared occupied regions. Twelve recurred in all five sweeps on both paths.

## Observation
Label: observation

The HackRF path produced 23 candidate regions and the NESDR path produced 24. These are regions selected by the existing relative-power threshold, not counts of identified stations.

Two regions chosen before acquisition recurred in every sweep on both receivers: the region near 104.737 MHz and the region associated with the earlier observation near 98.347 MHz. The latter's current descriptive coordinate was approximately 98.298 MHz, within the fixed matching tolerance. These bin-derived coordinates do not establish a change in transmitter frequency.

## Comparison with the earlier record
Label: analysis

Fourteen of the 16 shared regions matched classes in the earlier nine-session FM record. Two fell outside that aggregate, while ten historical classes were not shared in this brief recheck. Different thresholds, peak placement, receiver paths and observation times can change which regions enter a bounded summary. Those differences do not establish new transmitters or stations going off air.

The result supports continuity in the observed environment under the restored setup. It does not turn the earlier three-day campaign into a long-term record or make these adjacent sweeps independent observations of different days.

## Limits that remain
Label: project_status

The NESDR emitted its previously recorded PLL warning in every sweep. An offline source review identified a plausible startup path for the warning, but the saved logs cannot prove its timing or establish lock at every tuning step. The comparison therefore remains provisional.

The receivers used different antennas and feed paths, and their sweeps occurred sequentially. Their power scales are not compared. Shared local conditions and unmeasured calibration drift remain possible influences on both paths.

The session stopped after its ten planned sweeps. It retained private spectrum evidence without raw-IQ retention, message decoding, transmitter identification or transmission. The next useful work is to strengthen diagnostic and input-format interpretation before extending claims to another band.
